I do eat well most of the time, ok alot of the time. But I love the idea that i could pop a pill when the doritos craving hits! At the moment i am finding low gi foods really do help, yes thats porridge for breakfast. My German Aupair has it sussed tho, she eats brown bread salami and cheese for breakfast...tasty and I just read low gi. any other low gi breakfasts ideas anyone wants to share ...id love to hear from you I need variety.
